Website: log in at fantasy.premierleague.com, open your team page and tap Gameweek History — it sits beside "Points & Rankings". Copy the address from there: it reads /entry/ID/history and we pick the number out for you.

Pick Team and Transfers will not work — their addresses have no ID in them. Before the season starts there is no Points page either, which is why Gameweek History is the one to use.

Mobile app: the official app never shows your ID. Open the site in your phone's browser once instead — same login, then follow the step above.
